The New Lead-Based Paint Regulations (RRP) and Your Remodeling Business

Starting April 22, 2010 all remodeling and repair work done for compensation to housing built prior to 1978 must be done in compliance with the new Renovation, Repair and Painting Regulations (RRP). Contractors doing this work must get their employees and their businesses ready to operate under these new rules or risk fines of up to $37,500 per individual violation. Join us for this seminar as Shawn discusses the new law, what it will mean to your business and what you can do to protect yourself and your customers. 1 EH Town CE Credit.

Show Me Where the Money Went

Is your checkbook balance often lower than you expected? Nine of every ten high quality remodeling businesses with raving fans for clients fail within the first five years. The number one reason contracting businesses fail is due to a lack of available money when they needed it, even if they are operating profitably. So what do those who want to succeed need to know? Come to this session and understand why (even though you earned a profit), there may be no money in the bank. These money tips will help you better manage money, pay your bills on time and help you succeed in the future.
